Meet the Author
Eunice and her husband now live in Indiana on a forth generation farm with three horses, a donkey and 8 cats but she didn't always live in Indiana. Sporting a Bachelor's in Math and Business and a Masters in Information Technology kept her indoors most of her career life but her real love is and always has been the great outdoors.
Her earliest years started out on an island in northern Minnesota. Maybe living with no electricity, running water or indoor plumbing set the foundation for that love for the outdoors. With that humble beginnings it might seem strange that she ended up in the world of computers where she taught college level computer programming, programmed computers in a major information technology company, became a project manager, a facilitator, a leadership instructor and ultimately a manager.
Now "retired", she spends most of her time doing book signings, camping and riding her horses across the US, working various charities with her church, substitute teaching, running her own nutrition company and of course performing with her trick horse with her ministry Galloping for God.

Sadly on August 1 2014 Galloping for God ended forever when Dakota lost his battle with feet and leg problems.
RIP Dakota. you have touched so many lives, you will be missed.
